Notes from CDC's release notes

CDC: estimates for New Jersey were not available for measures based on the 2019 BRFSS, so the four odd-year measures (high blood pressure, blood pressure medication, high cholesterol, cholesterol screening) are missing for New Jersey.
Geographies are 2010 Census vintage (2010 ZCTAs, places and tracts).
